Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on Crufizo infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including its specific URL on Crufizo
Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Review the claim and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, where appropriate
Notify the party who posted the content, if applicable
Document the notice and our response for our records

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

Repeat Infringers

Crufizo reserves the right to remove content and, where applicable, restrict access for users or contributors who are repeat copyright infringers.

Third-Party Content

Some content on Crufizo may reference, quote, or link to third-party materials for commentary, review, or informational purposes. If you believe such use does not qualify as fair use and infringes your rights, please follow the takedown process above.
